I can't say enough good things about Chris Gross. He is professional, honest, reliable, hard working, friendly and fair. He resided my mobile home, put up the shutters I had painted, fixed a leak between my home and the porch awning, built front steps, painted my porch and my shed, repaired broken lattice under my porch, and put in two new exterior doors and a screen door. He fixed a dryer vent and electrical box that were installed incorrectly in the past. If I could give 10 stars I would! We purchased a home that needed extensive repair on the outside. I called Chris and he came the same day to look over the house. We ended up with getting new gutters, fascia and soffit replacement and repair. He also replaced some siding that was warped due to heat from a grill. Also he replaced siding pieces that were damaged all around the house. Chris is a professional, talented and extremely fair guy! He also replaced some wood that was rotting near the 3 seasons room. Talk about going above and beyond!! He also painted all the exterior window trim around the house. I will definitely be choosing Chris from Ultimate Exteriors for any projects we may have. I called Chris and he came out that day to look at the house, provided me an estimate, and the job was started the next day! He patched up my siding over a window that we removed and it looks great. He power washed the house and did the cement steps as well as the deck hand rails. He's very considerate and does what he says he's going to do and more. My husband has always cleaned our gutters and due to a tree they need it at least once if not twice a year. We’re getting up there in age and i didn’t want him to get up there anymore. My son had gutters repaired by ultimate exteriors and was happy with the company so I emailed them online on a Sunday. Chris called on Monday and the gutters were cleaned (and repaired) by Thursday. After watching and talking to Chris my husband had several other things for him to do and Chris agreed. I’ll do an update after those jobs are complete but thus far I think Chris is completely competent, knowledgeable, responsive and respectful. Thats very important because we’ve had so many companies that absolutely are not!
