I cannot thank Chriss Gross with Ultimate Exteriors for their recent help in getting a roof on my house. I was under a strict deadline, and Chris was able to get my Roof installed by the deadline. The work was beautiful. The craftsmanship was great. I would recommend Chris and Ultimate Exteriors to anyone for an excellent job.

Chris did an amazing job pressure washing my home, garage, cleaned all the gutters. Today he helped me get the materials needed and replaced my storm doors on front and back of my home. With a big tree being in my front yard I was having a constant problem of my gutters filling up quickly. Chris came out and cleaned my gutters, and installed gutter guards for me. Chris did a great job on fixing three holes and replacing the roof of my garage. He got the job done quickly!
He also pressure washed the garage and house! After he was done the siding looked brand new! I highly recommend giving him a call. He has a great attitude and explains everything he is going to do.

I called Chris and he came out that day to look at the house, provided me an estimate, and the job was started the next day! He patched up my siding over a window that we removed and it looks great. He power washed the house and did the cement steps as well as the deck hand rails. He's very considerate and does what he says he's going to do and more. I highly recommend Chris for your exterior jobs, he will be super helpful, fast, and responsive!

My husband has always cleaned our gutters and due to a tree they need it at least once if not twice a year. We’re getting up there in age and i didn’t want him to get up there anymore. My son had gutters repaired by ultimate exteriors and was happy with the company so I emailed them online on a Sunday. Chris called on Monday and the gutters were cleaned (and repaired) by Thursday. After watching and talking to Chris my husband had several other things for him to do and Chris agreed. I’ll do an update after those jobs are complete but thus far I think Chris is completely competent, knowledgeable, responsive and respectful. Thats very important because we’ve had so many companies that absolutely are not!

I've never been more impressed with a company as this one. The rates were extremely reasonable. The work exceptionally good. The worker arrived when he said he would. He did so well on my roof that I had him come clean my gutters and install gutter guards. I'm very impressed and pleased.

Chris Gross repaired my mom’s siding. I was scared for her to be taken advantage of but Chris is the most honest contractor I’ve ever worked with. I’m a realtor in Iowa and I work with contractors every day. If I could move his business here I would. Chris was so detail oriented the whole time and left no room for error. If you need any exterior repairs, Chris is your guy!
